Olympic Hockey Returns with NHL Players at the Milan-Cortina Games

The world of ice hockey is abuzz with excitement as the National Hockey League (NHL) returns to the Olympic Games after a two-Games hiatus. The Milan-Cortina Olympics, scheduled to take place from February 6 to 22, will feature the world’s top professional hockey players competing for their respective countries. The men’s ice hockey tournament is set to begin on February 11, with 12 teams vying for the coveted gold medal.

The teams are divided into three groups: Group A consists of Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, and France; Group B comprises Finland, Sweden, Slovakia, and Italy; and Group C features the United States, Germany, Latvia, and Denmark. The round-robin games will take place from February 11 to 15, followed by the qualification playoffs, quarterfinals, semifinals, and the medal games.
